Mandy began telling Joe that it was an adoption agency by invitation only. It was mainly for respected people who lived outside the state. They would adopt the baby as a birth. Joe asked how they got an invitation to the adaptation agency. Mandy handed him a questionnaire to fill out. Joe asked to take the questionnaire home and fill it out with his wife. She asked him how he had heard about the agency. He told Mandy that one of his friends was a senator who had told him about the agency. He knew it was a secret agency and didn't want to just come out and inquire about it. Senator Johnson told him to go to the gift shop and ask for a list of the hospital.
