Chapter 46: The Doctor Is In On It
Hearing this tidbit of information, I am forced to realize that all is not well in our little part of the world. When a wave of nausea hits me again, I can’t help but to alert them to my conscious state. The doctor turns around quickly and stares at me before asking, “Are you feeling better?”
“No.” I barely get out before throwing up all over.
When I am done, I glance up at him and he states, “You really should try to hold it in, because you won’t stop till you do.”
Knowing that he is in on whatever this is, doesn’t make me feel better and I certainly don’t trust him anymore. Hoping to see Dominic in the room with me, I scan the room to find him in the corner. He is still unconscious and has a breathing tube down his throat at this moment.
