Chapter 86. Proving Stand

Zach and community members, including Sister Anna, had to escape to the children's playroom behind the church. Vampires or the infected have invaded every area of the church. They are thirsty for fresh blood and new prey.

"Father, how is it now?" said one of the members to Zach.

"Bring the kids to the back. We close the door and support it up with all the tables. Faster!" Zach ordered them. The sisters then took the children, including Kyron, to a room behind the storage room.

Some of them got scared and started crying. Meanwhile, Kyron is still in the arms of Sister Anna, who will protect him. Zach and some men and women took whatever items they could to block the door. At least the door is easily blocked and difficult to open.

Zach gasped and asked all of his congregation to arm themselves with anything.

"Remember, they cannot stand iron. When they break through, then pierce their hearts." Zach said this to his community, who immediately nodded and obeyed.
