XXII: Mr. President, Wake Him Up!

Dylan finds himself within an endless void space. All he sees are the clear blue skies and the shallow waters below him that reflect the fine weather above him. He looks around. For some unknown reason, the first thing that comes into his mind is to search for Ulysses. After some time of wandering around, he confirmed that no one else is present.

"Why am I here? What is this place?"

Then he heard a humming sound. Judging from the voice, the person humming a melody is a man. What's more strange is that the song he's humming is the nostalgic melody that only he and Ulysses can hear.

He looks around again, trying to find the person but still sees no one except for himself. The melody sounds distant as well, just enough for him to hear. It's almost like someone is calling for him... but who and where is he?
