At the catsle wall, Eve stood next to Ariadne and Kaelan stands on the other side. It was only the four of them including Ariadne’s daughter, Zara whose tears wetting her cheeks. Eve’s eyes was red and puffy. She had no more tears but sadness was apparent on her face.

Khalid who stands in front of her is holding a huge sack fill with his things. He wore his silver attire in which he had once used when he came to Dzhimara. He was going home after all. He had a face void of any expression. Not anger or sadness. Concern perhaps but for his beloved queen. His bestest friend and his first love.

“I’m so sorry, Khalid. I tried to reason with him but he…” Eve was trembling and she can feel tears pooling in her eyes once again. Turns out her tears is still there, after all.
