What is your connection to Brent?

We decided to look for a restaurant with private rooms where we could talk and listen properly to Hailey. We wouldn’t want to last the day without knowing what she is really hiding from us. I saw her hesitation when we dragged her inside the premises but we were eager that it was time to confront and corner her.

“W-what do you mean, girls?” she stammered. “T-this is me. The real me!” she was trying to loosen our grip.

“Hailey!” Aira called in a warning tone. "What?" she furrowed. “How can we trust you enough, if we feel that you’re hiding something from us?" Aira sounded desperate.  "Don’t get us wrong Hailey," I interjected. "We trust you but with the way you act lately," I took a deep breath "You’re giving us a reason to doubt you,” I stated the truth.

“You're right, Kelsie," Aira agreed instantly. "We’ve been friends for many years and we respect your decision for keeping it," she paused and sighed. "But isn’t it better if you share it with us?" Aira
