For the next three days, I stayed in the hospital for observation. Max went to the office during the day and visited me in the evenings. He informed me that he had planned out our trip to Cintail Mountain, listing all the exciting activities and delicious food we could enjoy there.

On the day I was supposed to be discharged, Max got called in by Mr. Sullivan from Hamptom at the last minute. I was thrilled and quickly asked Wendy to come and pick me up instead.
