Born a man

Unfortunately not much changed throughout the week as more and more people went out on the streets protesting against the decision of the court to reconsider Roe v Wade. It was a huge step back for the US democracy and women’s rights.

Alyssa was sitting in her office with the TV open starring at the news which showed swarms of women, men and children holding placards and chanting slogans. Some of them were interviewed by the channels and aggressively gave their opinion on the matter. Others were asking the White House to do something. To stop the madness. Alyssa exhaled sharply. She was so frustrated. She wanted to scream and shout and kick whoever stood in her way of her and her basic reproductive rights.
