Risks. Life was full of them, and honestly, I don’t think that we could run away from them.

After that early morning jog that I could not finish because of the fear that was now gripping my heart, I now had to deal with a creepy note from god-knows who. And that was not all, this person had been watching me.

This house was protected, like, very protected. So it caused goosebumps to cover my skin when I thought about the fact that the person who had made sure that I got the folder had managed to get a picture of me sleeping in my bed.

The very scary thing was that it did not look zoomed or anything. It looked as if the person was right on the balcony that was separated by a glass door in my room.

Could it be a guard that worked here and he wanted to blackmail me for some money? Could it be some random person from the internet? I was the wife of a CEO billionaire, and after Chris’s scandal, my face had been plastered on almost all of the internet and news channels.
