Strange emotions

“Tell me something…did I ask for a broken-hearted woman as a wife?” David asked Charlie over the phone as he got ready in his bedroom. He had woken up earlier than most times. It came as a surprise to him that he woke up without feeling irritated. He decided to go for a hot shower just to refresh himself.

“Dude you needed one, and I gave you one…now stop complaining and bring your ass to the office” Charlie's voice was heard throughout the room since David had put the call on loudspeaker. He failed to understand why he was tolerating Charlie when he played him. Yes, he wanted a wife urgently, but Charlie knew any better than to give him a broken record. He hated emotional women. They were hard to handle and that was why he loved wild women more, however, after what happened last night with the pretty witch.
