Chapter 5.1

The sandals he lent me were a bit loose, but while looking at them and thinking about a few things, I wondered, would they fit his feet? His feet are small.

I took a deep breath before opening the small gate to our house. I couldn't help but smile when I saw Papa, Nika, and Zaji waiting for me outside.

“Your sister is here; let's fix the table,” Dad said while smiling at me. Zaji ran to me, and I sat down and embraced him.

Nika came over to take the sandals I was holding as well as my bag. The coat I'm wearing is also buttoned. I fixed the buttons on my coat earlier because I knew they wouldn't like it when they saw me wearing them on the back of the coat I was wearing.

“Does anything hurt?” I asked, and he just shook his head, making me smile again. Just seeing them is okay; I'm happy. Even if I get into trouble, it's okay, as long as they're happy, and I'm with them.

He pulled me in, and when we entered, I smiled again because I saw Yunard. He is fixing the dishes.
