“What did you just say, Tricia?”

A shocked Victoria questioned.

Unable to take it all in, she sat up on the chair unlike moments ago when she was relaxed and nonchalant—with thoughts of Tricia about to spill an irrelevant information.

Tricia smiled knowingly. “I expected that reaction, Mrs. Blackwell,” she nodded. “It is OK to be surprised. That was the aim.”

“No!” Victoria shook her head. “You will not walk into this place and spill nonsense to me.”

The smile on Tricia's face faded.

“Do you think I walked from the Enterprise, abandoning assignments to be attended to, to come here and give sham information to you?” She asked. “Is that what you think, Victoria Blackwell?”

A confused Victoria relieved tension back on the chair, once again. There was a lot that went on in her head and when she glanced at Tricia's face, there was no form of mockery on it.

Wait—

The young lady meant everything she said.

She sat up again. “You mean it, Tricia,” she mouthed. “This is unbelievable.”
