Alex was pacing around in his office, cursing and cursing because he knew what he did and when he did it. He knew the rules yet he broke it.

But he had to. He had to do it for the sake of their brotherhood. He had to do it to cover his years long mistake. A mistake he did intentionally. Yes, it was an intentional mistake but Alex doesn’t want to own up to it. He can’t let Aiden find out he's the cause of what happened back then.

While pacing the length of his office, his phone rang and…

“Devil…” Alex growled, shoving his hand through is blonde hair and running his tongue over his teeth.

He couldn’t stop the fast tempo of his breath.

“No, I’m not. You’re.” The voice came. “Look, Alex. We trio were fine back then until you messed up. You actually call me the devil but you were the one that betrayed your brother. You think it’s because of the money that you can talk shits, Alex?”
