Waiting In Silence
I get a few messages from Damon, but nothing helpful. He has let me know that Raye is fine, but other than that there is no information. I can't settle and all my dad keeps saying is that i need to trust Damon.
"Anything?" I look at him, wondering if Damon has messaged him. "I don't care what he says, I just need to know if he has messaged?" It's been two hours since his last message.
"Nothing yet princess. How about you get some sleep?"
Staring at him I shake my head. "No! I'm going to try call." I need to know what is going on, I grab my phone and watch as he takes it from me.
"Don't princess. He could be inches away from getting Raye from her and you ring and she backs up. Don't do it."
"I can't just sit and wait!" That though is all I can do. I know deep down they are right and Damon is the only one who can get her to listen and give up Raye.
I watch as four hours pass by. Unable to sleep or settle I wonder if it would be better to call

The morning passes quickly and whenever Raye needs anything I willingly let Lucy, I don't want to act on impulse, she will expect it.So, the day is spent with me doing nothing while Lucy feeds Raye, changes her and everything. Damon leaves, ensuring my dad stays with me. Hours pass by as we don't speak, and I refuse to put Raye down."Hand her here, get a shower and some sleep." My dad reaches out for her. The week goes amazing, I slowly get used to the house and relax. We have heard nothing from Lucy, and while I want to be happy and smile, I am worried.If she is like Paul, I know she will be planning her come back, and that has me worried.
