"Please deliver this to Joyous Delights bakery, son. You know, miss Jade, right? Give it to her; she already paid for it." I quickly nodded to Mom and grabbed the medium box of strawberries she was gesturing at on the table.

"OK, mom, I'll be back immediately." Mom smiled at me as she continued to place the fruits in the cartons on the table that she was preparing for me to deliver to the houses that had placed orders with us.
