Three Weeks Later.

Catherine's POV.

"So this is Lilian, she's the new nanny that would watch Leo and Laurel while you school. I've employed her full service so she'll be staying here always." Lucas introduced the girl he'd brought home.

My heart swells with happiness because this man was doing so much for me, "It's nice to meet you, Lilian, my name is Catharine." I said with a smile, extending my hand to the girl.

She took the hand with a smile,"It's a pleasure to be here ma'am and I hope my service will make you satisfied." She said with a bowed head and I sighed.

All these formalities are driving me nuts but I'm helpless because no matter how many times I correct them, they'll still say it over and over again so... I give up.

"Come dear, I'll show you to your room," Bella said and the girl took a slight bow before leaving with her.

Turning to look at Lucas whose eyes were fixed on his laptop, I let out, "Thank you for everything you're doing for me but is this really important?"
