Catherine's POV.

I dropped on the nearest seat with a silent thud, my hand aching so badly that I just wanna go for a bath in my bathtub now.

"Sweetheart, you want some help?" Sam asked, staring at me with a grimace.

I chose to ignore him as always. I've been ignoring him for the past two hours. Professor Liam had asked the both of us to dust the library and arrange the books that were scattered all over the place.

The work was meant for cleaners but the professor thought it's best he gives us as punishment. It was tedious work and I hate Sam for it.
