Chapter 74: Surprise.

Catherine's POV.

I stepped out of the car feeling fatigued, my head was hurting and I needed a good bath. I just had my last paper and despite being happy that the written exam is completed, I'm still worried about the competition, that's the main big thing. I'm excited about it but I'm super scared too. I know how hard it's gonna be, it's a global competition and I know this is my chance to prove myself, I'm not the only one who wishes to win.

"Welcome ma'am," One of the servants greeted me and made to take my bag but I refused and gave her a grateful smile,

"Is Lucas in? " I asked and she nodded in affirmation,

"Master Lucas didn't stay long at work today, he came home early."

"Oh, thank you," I said with a smile and began to head in. I'm really excited now, finding out that he's home is good, sweet news.
