“So Alfeo called you too?” Diana asked as the two of us found each other standing on the port ready to board the yacht.

“Yes, apparently it had been a major event so I had to attend,” I said, finding it too tedious to be there. The ocean didn’t feel the same without Silia around.

“Yeah he did say that it was a once in a lifetime moment of his life,” Diana said as I helped her walk up onto the yacht. Her face held curiosity while I couldn’t be bothered by it. I had planned to open a bottle of whisky and get drunk for the night. As it was, sleep didn’t come easy to me and I had been looking forward to passing out after a week of restlessness and missing Silia.
