I woke up to the chirping of birds. All my life I had been a heavy sleeper but today was an exception. The gnawing feeling of sleeping in someone’s bed, a stranger who I knew for a day now, was unsettling. I couldn’t sleep. It was uncomfortable.

He was still asleep when I woke up. Deciding not to disturb him, I walked into the closet grabbed my clothes and walked into the bathroom. Setting the temperature of the water at warm, I brushed my teeth. Everything felt so strange and wild. My life had taken a whole 360-degree turn in a few days. I broke my own rules by sleeping with a man, marrying his brother and now living under the same roof as him. He must hate me so much. But it was not like it bothered me, life was supposed to be like this, unexpected and bitchy. Mine was too bitchy to be true in fact.

Gosh, I hate this so much.
