I tell you, being on Mr. Blue's good side is the best place anyone wants to be, I was enjoying favors that was unusual. I could happily arrive late at work without being yelled out; for the first time, my job was not on the line, it was good to know; and you know me, late coming is my second name.
I arrived late at work, again, strolling in like I owned the place.
"Hey uhm, you have a visitor" Melissa told me when I got to the floor my office was on.

It turned out that Aliyah travelled and she only just got back, I felt really bad for not having a close relationship with Aliyah as much as I'd like. She is the coolest person I know. She honestly had a good heart, the best heart. We promised we'd keep in touch more, and I was more than ready to keep the promise. I didn't have female friend while growing up, because I intimidated everyone; I'm not even trying to be cocky, that was what I heard a few girls in my class say when I was in high school. It felt nice to finally have one, and a beautiful one at that. We slept really late, because we had a lot of things to talk about. I told her everything that happened with Noah, Antonio and even Mr. Blue.

It surprised me how I was able to get to work on time, with my encounter with Antonio. It felt like the man just knew what buttons to push, and when to push them to get me annoyed; he was a pro at it.When I stepped into the building, there were a lot of eyes on me; it wasn't the first time I was stepping into the office and having everyone look at me, but something was different; everyone had disgusted looks on heir faces and they were whispering to each other. Office gossip had never been my issue, in fact, there was nothing worth gossiping about, so I had never bothered myself with office gossip.

I woke up with a heavy arm draped over my body, it was hot and uncomfortable. Thinking I was on my bed, I tried to shift but ended up on the floor, only then it occurred to me that we spent the night on the couch. After the men left, I decided to go shopping for groceries because I was out of everything in my house. It was six pm when I stepped out of the building. I felt it again, the feeling of someone watching me. I shook my head, trying to keep a clear mind. I was overthinking and it was probably nothing. While in the grocery store, I couldn't help but feel like something was off, I looked around me, but everyone went on with their business. After work, I went straight home because even though I was trying so hard to keep my mind off a possible stalker, I still had to be cautious. I didn't try to socialize with anyone for anything. I felt like calling Noah, but I knew he was not down from his high yet, and he seriously needed to apologize to me, I mean he's the one who leaned in for a kiss, and I just followed through, not to even talk about how awkward he'd feel if I had rejected him there and then; at that point, that's all I needed. I know I sound selfish for thinking that way, but it is what it is.
