"I understand that you're trying your best to make sure we are all safe but I should be given the chance to worry about you the same way you are worried about me. It's not fair for you to keep treating me like this." He said.

Ana held her chest as she looked at him. It wasn't like she was hurt by what he said but she felt bad that she had been hurting him all these while when she thought that she was protecting him.

"I'm sorry if I made you feel that way, Draco. I just..." She sighed. "I just wanted to protect you." Tears rolled down her cheeks.

Draco's eyes softened. "We are twins, Ana. We are supposed to protect each other," He placed his hand on her shoulders. "I love you."

"I love you too." She hugged him and he patted her back.

Lucas found their interaction sweet and heartwarming and for the first time in ten years, he smiled genuinely.
