Training Begins

A little smile built up while I washed my hair, I went in deep into the roots with the shampoo.

I really love the fact that I get to train with Ellen and we can actually bond that way. I gulped as I walked out of the bathroom. I went on to get my robe and I prepared for the training session. I prepped out the sets that she was to do for today, it included the warm ups and all the other activities and exercises that she would be doing. Alongside the fact that she had to be consistent.

This might be a long day after all but I am prepared.

When Maverick and I left the house, I headed straight to Ellen’s house. I had spent exactly one hour in all that I prepared, except the fact that I hadn’t had breakfast yet. I wasn’t going to prepare anything or waste time, this is a surprise training session so, I need to go with a motive- to eat.

“Is anyone home?” I knocked on the door after I had rung the bell, the fear that they might be asleep held on to me like a baby to his mother.
