Noelle slept soundly, undisturbed by the thunder and lightning in the middle of the night, because the warm presence behind her made her feel safe and secure.

She woke up feeling refreshed and stretched her arms. When she bumped into the person lying next to her, she was startled.

Turning her head to the side, she was surprised to see someone else in her bed. Noelle was a little upset as Quentin had climbed into her bed yet again!

Quentin was startled awake. He sat up and stared at her with his dark eyes. Because Quentin was around, she had deliberately worn a conservative nightgown.
