In an instant, Monica was furious. "If Noelle gets to pick a property, shouldn't Maddie get to choose one as well?" she asked coldly.

Fred glanced at her, but before he could respond, Noelle stood up. "I would never take this property, Aunt Monica."

She closed the booklet and handed it to the butler. Then, she told Fred, "Grandpa, I already own several properties. Please keep your properties for yourself. Thank you for your generosity, though."
