As soon as Renee had driven off, Bella turned her head towards the dark path again. She did not know where she was supposed to go. She had buried her phone in the ground along with her clothes. She had nothing on her except these clothes on her body that barely covered her in the chilly night. Her body was still in shock, and her mind was not really registering anything that had been happening since the moment she had received Kayla's call. She was running purely on blank emotions that forced her to follow her sister's last words.

She broke off in a blind run. Without looking for anything, any path, she made her way inside the jungle on the opposite side of the road and ran.

Damon was pacing back and forth in his room with his hands clutched were clutching his phone tightly when he heard the person on the other side speak the words.

"WHAT THE HELL? IF SHE DID NOT GET OUT OF THE TERRITORY THEN WHERE THE HELL IS SHE?" he blasted through the mind link at the incompet
