Chapter 54 - As If She Loves Him

Jade had been counting the days when Tyler went on a mission. The three week mission had been extended for another week.

Jade had been anticipating him to come back when she received a message from him that his mission was extended.

She didn't know what made her sad when Tyler couldn't come home. She just reasoned that it was boredom.

Two days after he called, Jade took a day off from work but stayed home because it was cold outside and was too lazy to go out.

Being bored to death, Jade watched TV, nevertheless, she kept switching channels.

While switching from one channel after another, a live news broadcast from New York took her attention.

It was a charity ball in New York, they were doing an interview with some of the guests. In the background a tall and dashing man donned in tuxedo and a stunning woman clung to his arm.

Though she haven't seen her husband for weeks, Jade was certain that the man she saw was her husband.

And who was the woman holding his arm intimately?
