As soon as the old man with a hat and brown beard hearing shouted, "Let the jury begin," everyone stood up from their seats and made a bow in front of them.

Auster was standing next to me, narrowing his gaze as he did the same. I merely mimicked what he was doing.

When I turn around, I can see that we are in a circular area, and the newcomers have taken seats in front of these three higher chairs, each of which has three occupants. They have these black-and-white coats with golden linings around the borders, and the middle-aged man holds a large hammer while the other two have smaller ones.

Below them, there are two sections, one with a red coat and a cap with a thin strand of material on top. I can only narrow my eyes when I look at the other part, though. He is displaying some of the papers to the people above the three seats and has begun to converse.
