The Lady's Stay at Casimir's Room II

This silence appears to be his response, although I haven't heard it. As he widens his eyes, I see him narrow them down. Then I will be able to inhale his sigh, which is as fresh as cinnamon in the morning sun's warm rays.

“Do you know what you’re talking about, Solstice?”

I tell him, "I don't know, so please enlighten me," only to see him sneer at me. This young man boggles my mind.

One moment he is indeed sweet, other times he is soft, but most of the time he is just arrogant as he is now, and I did not know these things about him in my previous life.

He sighs as he says some of the words that made me gasp

“That night, some people will eventually observe me and if I can’t take the pain, they will eventually make me drink, something as disgusting as blood,” I could not speak, but the way my mouth opens reveals why.

“Seems like you’re curious as hell, right?” I nod in response, and he places sufficient space between our bodies as he adjusts his robe, which is loosening slightly.
