" Don't dare sit down. You are to resume fully to your position as the water maid." Melissa said.
The order came directly from Amelia. She remembered that Cisca's father stole from the king.
" Let me just get my stuff."
Melissa cheered, she wouldn't have enough time to gallivant with any of the princes. She did not know the chores that was waiting for her down there.
Amelia had ordered that her chores be doubled and her whip doubled if she behaved funny.
Alden waited for almost two hours without seeing a sign of Cisca. He walked to the stable, and met her absence. Where could she be? He asked himself.
" Follow me." Melissa ordered, and Cisca was led to a large empty drum. Before it were clothes for her to wash. She was surprised.
" I thought I was here to fetch water." She asked.
