Chapter one hundred and forty-nine

After thinking a lot, we decided to name my son Hubert. Matthew and I did not expect Hubert to be more talented than Matthew, but only wished he could grow up in peace, health and happiness.

Hopefully the Brown family fights would end here. These fights had indeed caused many heartbreaking consequences. Human greed was scary, hatred was even more terrifying. If Matthew's uncle had not had an affair, this tragedy would not have happened. After all, James was still a pitiful person.

I sympathized with him, but I could not help him and dare not help him. Who knew what troubles he could cause when he escaped the Brown family's supervision?
