Chapter seventy-three

I woke up startled, it turned out that everything was just a dream but this dream was really scary.

My whole body was drenched with sweat, my hands did not obey my control but trembled. I gasped, staring blankly at the terrifyingly large hospital room.

Matthew hugged me in his arms.

"It's okay, it was just a dream, because you were too nervous so you have nightmares. As long as you rest well and keep your mind at ease, the nightmares won't happen again." Matthew gently comforted me.

Matthew didn't know what kind of scary dream I had in particular, but judging by the panic on my face after waking up, he didn't need to guess that I had a nightmare, and this nightmare was most likely related to pregnancy.

"I dreamed that our child was abandoned by me, although I tried very hard to make it up to him, I couldn't get close to him." I said choked.
