The first action Linda took when Bella opened the door was to hug her. Linda's action caused Bella's eyes to widen in confusion, but that didn't bother Linda. She broke from the hug and held Bella by her hand before leading her to the bed.

Linda sat on Bella's bed and stared at her. "Here, sit". She ushered Bella to sit beside her.

"Of course, I was going to sit even if you didn't tell me to, mother". Bella admitted and sat on the bed. Indirectly stating to Linda that the room belongs to her.

Linda didn't mind her daughter's behaviour and only shook her head at her before she started the important conversation. "So now dear, can you tell me what happened today?".

Seeing that Bella hesitated to say something, Linda placed her hand on her shoulder and said, "It's alright if it's difficult for you to say. I should give you some time".
