Lillith was dressed in a forest green, satin gown that flowed down to her feet. It accentuated her pale skin and on her lip was a sheer red lipstick that made her look like an enchantress.

Her neck was adorned with emerald jewels and two tear drop earrings that glittered underneath the light that came from the chandelier. Her arm was almost bare, safe for the puffed up sleeve or the dress she was wearing. A golden band was intricately wrapped around her arm and on her feet were gold slippers that gleamed under the light.

She was unreal.

Stunning. Leon couldn't tear his eyes off her. The guests had turned to look at her, most in awe and some in uncertainty. Only one person looked at her with disdain. She stood at the corner of the room, leaning beside a pillar with a glass of champagne and wished Lillith would drop dead. But she knew none of that was going to happen because Leon would be there to save her before anything drastic could happen.
