In the heat of it all, Leon saw Lillith rush in through the gates with a child in her hand.

He had thrown Lucien to the floor to see her standing there, looking like the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. But then again, he was consumed by terrible anger. If this child belonged to her, then he was going to kill Lucien once and for all for touching his woman.

He left Lucien and walked towards her. He stopped a few feet away from her when he saw that she was retreating from him.

She held Henry close to her and when he began to cry, she looked down at him and began to serenade him silently. For a whole minute, none of the men said anything. They just watched her take of the baby and when she finally looked up, Leon was the first to speak.
