I entered my room and was shocked to see my sister waiting for me. What is she doing here?
"Where have you been Conan? I've been waiting for over an hour" Anita said.
I swallowed a gulp. She can't know that I've been seeing Amara right?
I won't put it pass my sister. There's nothing that she doesn't know about in the palace.
"It's been a long day for me. I was just walking around the palace for fresh air. Why? Is there a reason you were looking for me?" I asked.
Anita was still staring intently at me. I think she was trying to figure out what I am thinking. But of course there's no way I'd give her that chance. Since I've decided to stay away from Amara, I should not bring more trouble to her.
