After dinner was over, Clement walked out of the dining room with eyes still filled with surprise and couldn't believe his ears what his father had just said. Things didn't seem right for a five-year-old like him, but to Jethro, it didn't matter because in his eyes achieving his goal was what mattered.

Sienna noticed Clement's puzzled expression and walked over to him with a friendly gesture. "What's going on, Clement?" She asked softly, her eyes and actions both full of concern.

Sienna's face looked like his mother's so he frowned and evaded the question. "Nothing," he replied.

Gemma's recent symptoms of discomfort and nausea when she smelled food made her worried. She knew she was pregnant, and suspected that Alex and Jethro knew too but chose not to tell her anything. Gemma couldn't help but laugh sarcastically at herself, thinking that they didn't tell her because they were afraid she would harm the unborn child.
