On the night before his scheduled arrival, Daniella found it hard to sleep. Her heart was very excited to see him again and it was beating hard like a drum. It was almost midnight when she was forced to close her eyes and sleep. She was almost lost in oblivion when her phone rang and although she was sleepy, she still answered the call. “Yes?” “Guess who?” Her sleepiness was instantly gone and she sat upright to talk with the caller. “Where have you been? She didn’t bother to close the drapes in her window last night and Lilian woke up to the rays of sunlight getting into her room. Alicia was a sore loser and she couldn’t accept the fact that Marcus told him to stay away. For three days, she stayed inside her bedroom and contemplated committing suicide, however, she realized that killing herself wouldn’t change anything and Marcus would still be happy with Daniella! Daniella was happy that Lilian and Alexander have reconciled their differences. It was only Paloma who wasn’t thrilled at the reunion of Vanessa’s parents and her stepmother went somewhere to relax. Lilian was worried about her mother but Daniella assured Lilian that everything would be fine, and Paloma would just return home soon. At breakfast, Ortega announced to everyone that he and Lilian, would be gone for a day or two and that Thalia should take care of Vanessa for the time being. Alexander took Lilian to his building first which housed his agency as soon as they arrived in the city. After he explained everything about the nature of his job, they went to the parking lot for their car, then they would go somewhere nice for lunch. All of a sudden, Lilian screamed when someone grabbed her and forced her to get inside their van that was parked just beside Alexander’s car. His eyes widen upon seeing Lilian being dragged away and he followed. He prepared himself for a bloody fight, and he was too focused on saving his woman that he didn’t notice the man behind him who struck his head.
