It was morning already and Axion slowly opened his eyes. He was feeling a little bit energized, unlike yesterday. Glancing bedside him and not seeing Phoenix by his side, his heart skipped a bit in fear and he almost jerked up but he was still too weak to sit up.

" Phoenix " He called but didn't get any answer. He was starting to get troubled and scared. Just as he was struggling to crouch up, the door opened, revealing Phoenix who had a tray in her hands.

Seeing her, Axion heaved in relief. For once he thought something happened to her. Sighting him awake,

" Good morning " Phoenix greeted with a broad smile which Axion gladly returned as she walk up to the bed. She kept the tray on the table beside the bed and went over to help Axion sit up. Placing a peck on his forehead,

" I brought you breakfast " She placed the tray on the bed and sat down.

" You woke up early today? " Axion asked and she nodded.
