Who's Layla?

I was attending to pack matters when both chipmunks, who had vowed to make my life a living hell, came looking for me.

"Brother, you are here!" They both said, walking over to meet me.

"What do you want? I asked as I walked away from them, but that was only a waste of time because they ran over to meet me in an instant.

"Brother, we want you to let Layla free. She's not a prisoner.

That again, I wonder how much I owed these two in my past life.

"Who's Layla?" I asked, feigning ignorance.

They both gasped, taking glasses at each other, and back to me.

"You're kidding, right?"

"I don't want to talk about this," I stated plainly.

"But you have to. Do you know where she's from? What about her parents?"

"I don't know and I don't care to know, so leave me the fuck alone!" I yelled at both of them, hoping they would let things be already.
