A Beautiful Dream

I didn't understand what was wrong with me or why I emitted such powers.

Janice launched another attack on me, and knowing she might hurt me terribly, if I didn't find a way to protect myself, I quickly stood up on my feet to protect myself. We both ran into each other and at that moment, something unimaginable happened to me as soon as Janice collided with me. I felt her powers burning into me.

“Argh!” Janice let out a sharp scream, while I stood rooted to the spot as my insides seemed to be filling up with powers I know nothing about.

“Dad! Do something, she's draining my powers!”

Janice screamed. I tried to move away, but whatever force that was filling me with its power held me hostage and unable to move.

“Layla, what's going on?!” My dad asked as he tried to get to us, but the force which tied Janice and me in one spot shoved my dad aside.
