CHAPTER 65: THE DRAGON FLAME

“What the hell is a witch doing here?" Scorch yelled, his eyes flashing orange as his blood boiled. He gently set his sister on the ground before standing to his feet again. “There are no weapons allowed in here," he fumed. Smoke literally seeped from his ears, and his eyes were bloodshot with anger. Dragons believed witches were the ultimate evil weapons because of how the Moon Goddess used a Dark Witch's help with the creation of the Dragon Shifters.

“Just calm down. Isis means you no harm," Zander explained calmly, while he raised his hands in protest. Scorch ignored the Wolfman.

“I should burn this witch down to the bone," Scorch roared as he attempted to run towards the old woman.

“Oh, stop it now," Julia cursed. “And put me down," she yelled. Two macho dragons carefully placed their queen down while Scorch paused in his tracks, staring daggers at Isis. “Now, why do you hate witches so much?”

“They are evil," Layla explained. “We weren't as lucky as the wolves to be solely crea
