Harriet's POV

I took Nelson for ice cream but I had to work. I have been neglecting a lot of work because of this boy. Well I wouldn't lie that I didn't enjoy his company but yet I still want to work.

"Hey big boy, why not sit here while you take your ice cream, I have a few things to do," I said to him.

Rachel, my P.A who is also my Beta, had called me so many times. She seemed quite frustrated that I wouldn't work but to stay with the boy. In fact I had to use my alpha power on her because I wanted to stay with Nelson. I know it would be stupid of me if I do not work. So I sat down at a place working while Nelson sat beside me eating his ice cream happily.

"Mommy, can I play with that swing?" Nelson's little voice came.

Jezzz, I almost forgot about him since I was engrossed in work. Nelson seems quite considerate. He didn't even bother and I was really glad about that. The boy's behavior has been making me have a lot of changes of heart towards his Dad.

I looked at him
