The red alarm went off in my head and I ran away from Nelson's room to my room without saying anything else. With the way my body is reacting, he would be able to convince me and I do not want that. I sat there thinking.

"That guy wants to get me in trouble," I said to myself.

"Baby girl, you are a killjoy," my wolf said to me with a frown.

I know if it was possible for her to hit me she would have.

"C'mon, that guy is betrothed. Moreover, I am engaged to Raymond and about to get married to him," I said to her.

I know using Raymond was just an excuse. I don't even see myself getting married to that guy. I have made over one thousand and one excuses for my father to shift the wedding proper.

"You don't love him," she reminded him.

"But that doesn't mean I should cheat on him," I said with a pout.

"Don't deceive yourself. You know you want it. You want Tyler's touch. You want him roaming his hands around your body. Don't you dare lie,'' she said to me blankly.

She's holding a
