I looked at the weapons laid on the tables with a smile. They were exactly what we needed.
"These are true beauties," I whispered then looked at my father who was staring back at me coldly.
"Can you all leave us," I announced to my team in the weaponry room.
They quietly walked out leaving me and my father.
"What is it?" I asked seriously.
"Damon, I know how hard-headed you are whenever you decide on something, but going that side will be dangerous. I fear I might even lose you, son." He said sadly.
I moved closer and pat his shoulder gently.
"Dad, I will be fine. If anything, those monsters should be afraid of me." I answered seriously.
