Book 2: Chapter 16-Desire

Jessica is restless without seeing Adrian around. She couldn’t even see Sunshine. She was even more annoyed with Arriana now. If she didn’t bring her to the kitchen, the two wouldn’t have a chance to be alone.

Arriana laughed as she watched Jessica. She knew that she was annoyed with her earlier. Well, she just brought her to the kitchen to help her wipe the plate that the maid had finished washing. But after five wipes of the plate, she complained of being tired.

Even though they have a helper, their mother still teaches them how to do houseworks. Arriana likes what she does and she prepares herself for the adventure she will have in the future, and that is living independently.

Jessica approached the assistant when she still unable to see the two. “Did you see Adrian? Or Sunshine?”

“I saw the couple entering Sir Adrian’s room earlier.”

Jessica felt her head grow bigger after hearing it from the assistant. Without saying goodbye, she left and hurriedly searched for Adrian’s room.
