Book 2: Chapter 21-Amanesia

 She was staring bewilderly at the people around her. Couldn’t move because she felt the pain of her entire body.

“Son, don’t you really want to take her to the hospital?” Beth asked Jake worriedly. She was just surprised when he came home with the unconscious woman. The son also has wounds on his knees and arms. The woman whom he introduced as his girlfriend had injuries on her head and knees. According to the son, they fell on the road because he did not notice the sudden appearance by a goat crossing the road.

“Mom, it’s not possible because her parents might find us. Another thing is that I had a fight with someone who wants to kill me. She might be implicated when they find me,” Jake explained to his mother before turning to Sunshine. The bleeding from the wound on her head has stopped. Her body has been checked and her pregnancy seems to be going well.
