JANNA
We arrived at my brother´s territory a while ago and I was shown into my room. After that, I was left on my own since they have important things to do.
I really don't want to be here, I missed Michael, my boyfriend for almost two months now.
Dad didn´t let me bring my phone with me so there was no way I could connect with him. And this was irritating me.
I couldn´t care less about being a part of this pack. I lived my whole life with humans and this werewolf part was something I was not ready to accept yet. But as my father told me, this was something I could not run away from.
If there was any consolation, it would be my brother. I would get to spend some time with him.
All my life I longed for him. I knew about him since I could understand the concept of siblings and I had always looked forward to meeting him. So I guessed being part of his pack would be my only chance to get to know him better.

Happy Thanksgiving lovelies! I know my greeting is late but I wasn't myself yesterday but it´s the thought that counts, right? :) And I just want to say that I´m THANKFUL for all of you who took the time to read my books. I always felt humbled by you. THANK YOU again! :) xoxo, Cassandra M.
GAVIN As soon as we arrived at the packhouse, I left Janna and Jake alone and went on to look for Alia. I couldn´t wait to see her. I was sure she was in a bad mood since I didn´t tell her I would be out for the rest of the day. My excitement of seeing her changed into worry when I didn´t find her in our room and she wasn´t anywhere in the packhouse as well. I Went off to the training ground to look for her but she wasn´t there and nobody I´ve talked with has seen her. Her clothes and her luggage were still in the room but the possibility of her running away was already starting to eat me up. She might have mistaken my absence in the wrong way and decided to take matters into her own hands. Again. I had linked the border patrol team and they confirmed that no one has seen Alia across or near the border today. In fact, they haven't seen her at all today. I asked Markus to check on Daniella to see if Alia was there and she wasn´t. My las
GAVIN I was running at the utmost speed while trying to send a mindlink to my mother. But her mind was closed off. Although Luna Clair was sure that Alia was spending time with Mom, I couldn´t calm myself until I see it with both eyes. I feared that she would leave and I would never find her until it was too late. I shouldn't have left her alone last night to think I wanted nothing to do with her. "Mom!" I shouted as soon as I entered the small gate separating our land from the main street. I rushed inside the house and saw my mother peeking from the kitchen. "Gavin! You´re here!" I was still panting when I moved towards her, holding her shoulders but placing her to the side so I could have a good look at the whole area. My heart dropped when I didn´t find her anymore. "WHere is Alia?" I asked my voice almost at the point of breaking. My mother´s forehead creased before she scrunched up her nose, "Use your nose. Can´t you smell her?" Her lips tugged into a teasing smile. And b
ALIA My eyelashes fluttered but I kept my eyes shut, as my body squirmed around. Something was building up in my stomach as my toes curled, trying to clutch the sheets. A moan threatened to escape my throat but before it could happen, a calloused palm clasped over my mouth. My eyes snapped open upon the realization that this was not a dream and the sparks traveling all over my body were real. Gavin hovered over me with his elbow at the side of my head while his other hand was still on my mouth. "Good morning, baby..." He has a smug grin on his mouth, his lips glistening and wet. "What are you doing?" I asked, my eyes widening. "Having breakfast..." He winked at me before capturing my lips, kissing me passionately hard. I could taste my own wetness in his mouth and the coil in my stomach started to build up again as his hand trailed down my skin towards my core, cupping it and letting his fingers brush my wet folds. I couldn
Hello, lovelies!!! I just want to inform you ahead of time that the next three chapters would be about Aaron. You could skip it and continue with Gavin and Alia but I highly recommend you read these as well since they won´t be included or written in Aaron´s book. Yup, Aaron will have his own book (Book 3) after the Beta´s book and the story would pick up after we concluded Gavin and Alia´s story so it would be crucial to have a glimpse of this part as we continue to Aaron's story. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank every one of you for reading this book. Your comments, the good and the bad were my motivation to continue, even the way you hated Alia was a good indication for me. I never intend to have perfect characters, so hating them means I was doing something right. Also, I want to thank you for staying and trusting me to weave this fantasy world. I´m hoping you will stick with me until the end. I am always g
JANNA This morning, my brother initiated me into his pack together with a female named Daniella. Daniella told me she was mated to one of my brother's warriors and was now moving into this pack. She looked happy and I wondered if I would ever find my own fated mate someday. My Mom and Dad were Fated Mates but they didn't have a good start and their relationship caused a rift between my father and my half-brother, Alpha Jake. But things were starting to get better and they were slowly repairing their relationship. Hopefully, every wound would heal soon. As for me, finding my mate was just out of curiosity. I could never count the many times I fell head over heels with some guys at the school so I wondered what´s the difference between choosing your own boyfriend versus finding your Mate, that they said the Goddess blessed you with. Not that I had many boyfriends in the past, I only had one, my current. But just as I said, I fall in love too man
AARON "Beta Gavin is probably in bed, pleasing his mate. But if you want to disturb them, be my guest. I can drive you over to his parent's house." I answered nonchalantly, as I slipped my hands into my jeans pocket watching as her squinted eyes shifted on me. "Aaron!" Clair gasped at my response, and the Alpha snickered before pulling her sister into a tight hug. "I could have explained it better, Janna but the Gamma said it right. So, unfortunately, you´re stuck with him." He answered in a coy manner. "Can somebody else, drive me? Maybe he´ll throw me dead somewhere." She groaned. "Look, Janna. I would never trust you to anyone except my Beta and my Gamma. And as much as that man irritates the hell out of you, no one can protect you better than him. He´s my best warrior and I would trust him with my life, that´s why he´s here to drive you when I can´t." My heart warmed at my Alpha´s words and I was glad he knew how much I would offer my own life for him and my sister, and fine,
AARON I panicked the moment I went back to the car and I couldn´t find her anywhere. The window at the back seat was broken and the door was left open. Did she run away or was she taken? The rogue I fought with was rabid and was in for a kill, and my heart clenched just thinking of the many possible ways Janna could have been hurt and only the Goddess know if she was still alive. 'Where are you? Janna! Janna!' I tried to reach her mind but she wasn´t responding. I shifted back to my wolf and let Ark lead me to her scent and not long after, I heard her scream from somewhere. A part of me was relieved to know she was still breathing, now, I only needed to get to her fast. Ark leaped and ran the fastest speed we´ve ever done just in time to see a gray wolf reach for Janna, forcing her to stumble down on the ground. The rumble in my throat deepened to a snarling growl as I spring forward and took the gray wolf by its neck, dragging him away from h
ALIA The whole day went by so fast that I couldn´t believe the day would end without one of us walking away from each other. Gavin was patient enough to train me at the forest ground. He was thinking that my rejection of him had weakened my wolf and the only way we could help her was to strengthen my inner and outer being through training. If Sky wasn´t in question, I would have complained and lured him to spend time with me in a different way, but I know where our focus should be right now. And I was determined to have my wolf back. By mid-afternoon, I was already able to dodge his attacks and counter most of them. Training with him wasn´t bad at all, with a few sway of my hips and flexing of my chest, he would get distracted. I know those moves won´t help me in a real fight but Gavin was a pro and was good at it, and he wasn't going easy on me, so I have to distract him from time to time so I could get even with him. I stepped ba
