Chapter 46

When Claire entered Tyron's small condo that he rented, she immediately smelled the scent of alcohol in the air. The living room was strewn with empty beer bottles and the wrappers of junk food that he had used as snacks scattered everywhere. The throw pillows were in disarray, and some were on the floor. In short, the living room was totally messed up.

Claire's head heated up when she saw the mess inside Tyron's condo, but it heated up even more when she saw him lying on the floor in a disheveled state. His mustache was long, clearly uncut for several days. Annoyed, she approached Tyron and shook his shoulder strongly.

"Tyron, wake up! What are you doing to yourself?" she asked the man angrily.

Tyron only groaned and angrily removed the hand that was holding his shoulder, but he did not open his eyes, which only further irritated Claire. If she didn't love him, she would have just let him do whatever he wanted with his life.

A few days had passed since she last visited his condo bec
