Chapter 92

Arielle woke up early that morning and took a bath before going out of the room and then went down to the living room. She thought she was the first to wake up, but that was not the case because she was already on the third step of the stairs when she saw the man sitting in the living room, reading the newspaper while drinking coffee. The stairs in Gabriel's house are circular, so she doesn't see him sitting in the living room right away.

She slowly turned around to go back upstairs, but Gabriel saw her and his forehead wrinkled when he saw that she was planning to go back upstairs.

"Did you forget something upstairs?" Gabriel asked her. She slowly turned around again to face him and smiled slightly while shaking her head. "Come here," he ordered her.

She nervously walked towards Gabriel. Luckily, she had applied concealer on her scar before going out in her room, so he didn't see her big and ugly scar again.
